In DT today I am making a bus because our topic is cars. So far the bus is coming on quite well its just that the wood has split in som parts but I have drilled pilot holes. I got one plank of plywood and sawed it in half. Then I had to get them to connect so I got a smaller peice and drilled four pilot holes in each corner. I had to use these awkwered king of screws I can't remember what its called but its a straight line on the head. It kept on slipping off with me then I got three of the screws in but the final one made the wood go down so it was basically not lined with eachother, so Mr. Fenner helped me lock them in place. Then I had to screw on the sides of the bus, thats where the wood split.
